Since hosting classes taught by Ina and Allen Marx of The Finishing School at her studio in 1995, Caroline has been committed to bringing the best instruction for decorative arts to the southeast. From 1996 to 1998, with Robert Marx instructing, The Finishing School continued bringing classes to Atlanta on a quarterly basis. Beginning in 1997 after 10 years of business in the field, Caroline joined the teaching staff of The Finishing School in New York. Ultimately, to better serve the needs of a growing southern student base, a full time program in Atlanta was established as The Finishing Source. Continuing the philosophy established by the Marx and The Finishing School, The Finishing Source stresses the practice of high standards of discrimination and craftsmanship. By combining a thriving contracting company, a resource center for both designers and artists and a commitment to teaching techniques acquired by field experience, The Finishing Source is quickly establishing itself as a studio for the professional artist. Our goal is to equip the artist with the knowledge and ability to grow successful businesses. The Finishing Source believes our role is to help our clients integrate their passion for artistic finishing with strong business strategies and principles. From the classroom experience to our commitment to offer continuing follow up support, we have designed a program to grow with the needs and desires of our students. |
